Jacqueline Rossi is CRO, Salesforce at Thunder. She has led sales and business development at Publicis Sapient and Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and knows the Salesforce ecosystem from both sides: as a consultancy leader and as a hands-on admin earlier in her career.

Before joining Thunder, Billy was most recently SVP of Americas Delivery at OSF Digital, where he led teams that deliver digital transformation programs for enterprise clients. He has 25+ years of experience in Salesforce, commerce, and consulting delivery. He focuses on turning complex technology projects into measurable business results, and he brings operational rigor and client partnership to every engagement.
